蒸すしょうが焼き
ここにタレに漬け込んだ肉を加えて蒸します
布巾などを敷いてお皿がずれないようにし
フライパンに溢れない程度の水を入れて蒸します
この時クッキングペーパーなどを利用してタレが下に落ちないようにするのがミソのようです
