シソの使い分け

農家の長女に生まれたのに何も知らないで何十年

しそばたけに化した庭

大葉タイプと縮緬タイプの緑と赤

何を残すか・・・

それぞれの紫蘇の種類に使い道があるのね

一番芳香性があるのは大葉しそなのかな　こちら

青紫蘇は最低限残し。赤紫蘇でジュースを作ってみようかなぁ
