取手で夫婦刺されけが　次男の行方追う

　２日午後３時４５分ごろ、取手市新町４丁目の男性（６９）から「妻が刃物で刺された」と取手署に通報があり、署員が現場の住宅に駆け付けると、男性が鎖骨の辺りを、妻（７０）が首付近をそれぞれ刃物で刺され負傷していた。男性は別居の次男（３５）が２人を刺して立ち去ったと署員に説明しており、県警が行方を追っている。

　県警によると、夫妻は搬送時、意識があった。現場には凶器とみられる家庭用の包丁が残っていた。夫妻は長男と３人暮らし。事件当時、長男は不在だった。

取手、守谷、つくばみらい各市の選挙管理委員会は２日、任期満了に伴う市議選の日程を決めた。取手市議選（定数２４）は来年１月１９日告示、２６日投開票、守谷市議選（同２０）は１月２６日告示、２月２日投開票、つくばみらい市議選（同１８）は２月２日告示、９日投開票の日程で行う。
